The Verrocchio Chandelier design was developed from an early nineteenth century Italian antique discovered in a home in Charleston, South Carolina. We increased the size to fit today’s standards and stripped away most of the original superfluous decorative elements to pare the piece down to its essential oval elements. The resulting light fixture represents the bold essence of the original antique.
