Dreaming of the Tropics…

We have been in the throes of the winter season for a month now (officially), which marks the time that most of us start daydreaming about exotic vacations, warm weather, and palm trees. Tired of snow, icy cold gusts of wind, and snow boots, we are feeling inspired by tropical influences.
Our Palm Chandelier, a design in our collection with Amanda Nisbet, was recently chosen as the inspiration piece for the New York Design Centers‘ Be Mine Design initiative by Thomas Burak. The chandelier exudes an exotic feel with its palm tree leaves and rose gold finish.
We have a similar design within the collection with Amanda Nisbet Design–the Palm Floor Lamp.
We continue on our tour of our most tropical designs and stop at one of our most popular ‘Pins’ on our Pinterest page. While the Tole Palm Tree is no longer part of our collection, it can still be custom ordered to add a little of the tropic feel to your home. This image, from a home in the Bahamas, has been inspiring us to take a trip to the islands.
Below is a photo of the Tole Palm Trees in the standard finish.
Last but not least, we share with you our Palmier Lamp–a table lamp that perfectly embodies the glamour of the 1940′s. It carefully balances a petal-like base and a distinctive palm tree shaft, topped by a dozen fantastical palm leaves.
While we may just keep dreaming of the tropics, we hope we have inspired you to book the trip down south…
